Update: I used 2 other softwares and instead of the above codes, both of them show these pending codes:
P0727: Engine speed input circuit no signal
P1781: CAN data bus, ECM actual torque signal - malfunction detected
P1870: Torque converter clutch (TCC) - inoperative.

Mostly transmission related although I don't know how long these have been there and haven't had any problems with transmission either!
