Gearstick gaitor replacement
« on: 07 December 2009, 06:08:27 »

Anyone changed the gearstick gaitor on an automatic recently?

I got the top surround off but was fearful of going any further due to possible damage. Do you have to take the entire central console out?

yes the leather surround bit. I was trying to be 'proper' by using the correct technical term.  ;D

Normally I use the word 'doo-daa' for descriptions. ;D

;D ;D well keep your doo-daa to yourself ;D ;D

Pop off the trim with the PRND321 and the leather unclips from that. The tops are elasticated.
