Heater Matrix Pipes
« on: 03 January 2010, 12:46:55 »

The heater is only giving warm air.

The engine is coming up to temp 85/90 but the top matrix pipe is hot and the bottom one is only warm.

I am going to put some radiator cleaner into it and give it a good flush out.

Exactly how do you get the pipe connections off the matrix? Is there something to twist/turn/pull/push?  :y :y

For heater hose removal: http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1185891036

Bear in mind though, that the return pipe should be  somewhat cooler than the feed pipe.  (Assuming that you are trying to heat the cabin at the time).
