While the engine running Exhaust emission light is on
What to do or check?

common fault on 3.2's, something to do with the pre-cats i believe. Someone in the know will be along shortly  :y

Use the link below and do the pedal trick on your car, I'd guess at 0420 and 0430, cat efficiency. If you do then the link Rob has posted is by far the easiest and cheapest way to beat it. If you're close by I'll do them for you like I did MarkMV6's

IMHO yes ... I seem to get the 0420/0430 problem twice a year ... within a couple of days of getting to France on holiday .. and then again a couple of days after I get back.

I know I run on LPG but I'm convinced that it is something to do with fuel quality/additive mixes.. the system just doesn't seem to like the change in fuel.

I use the maxscan to remove the codes and put the light out .. and just wait until the next time ..  :)
