clip fault codes

got a 2ltr 16v auto on 98/s reg are fault codes two digit or four digit and does clip test need ignition on only or engine running  cheers ian

did clip test with ignition on engine not running came back with 1 flash 5flash 10 flash 2 flash does 10 beome 0 if so 1502 what does that mean please if i got it right about the 10 flash that is  cheers ian

If you only got 1502 it is immobiliser no signal,
not to sure but I believe its normal as the engion is not running, no doubt others will correct me if I'm wrong.
I have attached a fault code list for you to see the other codes.

Thanks for reply ghost driver i was really pleaseed that was the only code to come up mind you i just did all the breather pipes,vacum pipes and cleaned throttle body and fuel pressure regulator replaced rocker gasket,replaced rad fan sensor,thermastat.Well now i can get on with wishbones,doughnuts, shocks,springs check steering idler and have a hand brake issue( it not very good) :y :y :y
