Propshaft balancce weight

Hi!

Is this the correct place of the prop shaft balance weight?So the correct place between the gearbox and output shaft flange or according to the picture screwed between the output shaft flange and propshaft rubber disc joint?

Its not a balance weight, its actualy a damper and yes, on the manual, its mounted on the gearbox output shaft and the prop bolts to it

Ok, mine is installed now:
gearbox, damper, output flange is it ok?Or gearbox, output flange, damper?So where should it install?
Behind the output flange, or in front of the output flange?The picture which is attached this dumper is installed behind of the output flange,..
