2000 omega 2.0 petrol interior fan wont get hot?

hi i have a 2.0 omega,the interior heater wont work,water pump is working and have fitted new thermo! any suggestions?

How hot are the hoses to & from the heater matrix? Could be a blocked matrix  :-/

Have you checked the fueses and relays?
and have you bled the system?

the top of radiator is getting very hot but it takes a long time for the rad to heat right to the bottom,dissconnected pipe at top with engine running coolant is just dribbling through no constant flow.had on a diagnostic check no faults.
