Did you tighten the wishbones up with the weight back on them ??? If you don't then the bushes are in the "wrong" set once the weight is down.

Way I did it was to just nip the bolts, drop the car down and stick toolboxes/axle stands/jack/SWTSMBO in the car. Then reaching under tighten as hard as I reasonably could given the limited access. Then relift the car onto the stands and tighten properly with the torque wrench.

Mr Haynes  says 120 Nm then 30 degrees then 15 degrees  :y :y :y

tightened mine on stands as all others i have done over the years without issue, this noise is deff like something loose, like wheels loose without the wobble, wheel bearings looses without the shake, same for trackrod ends without play, it is sooooo weird,

checked old wishbones and no sleeve in them and look the same holes as new one that went on, if i remember there was no play in bolts what so ever.

will no more when drop links fitted then may have to loosen the wishbones bolts again and try as you said.

thanks all

is there not a sleave\collar for the big bush you need to buy that goes in the hole the bolt goes through to take up the slack.
I had a similar thing on a vectra where i forgot to fit the collar
nah, bolt goes straight through the bush in wishbone.
