No leak has been found in the outside a/c components. It has been diagnosed as internal, i.e. evaporator. I know these are supposed to rarely fail, but they do fail quite often over here, maybe due to the extreme heat.  mate has just has his replaced on his Peugeot.

Question is has anyone done replaced one before? How much of a nightmare is it to strip the front dash out?
