mfd message - LOW BEAM FLD/ VISION

on my multi function display a warning has come up saying - LOW BEAM FLD / VISION i have checked all lights and everything is working , the car is a 2003 omega elite 2.2 dti with xenon lights , can any help.

Sensor on FRS wishbone or sensor on RNS radius arm or a level motor in either or both headlamps goosed. very well documented  :y

thanks for your quick reply , can you tell me what frs is please and if it is level motors can they be replaced or is it new lights required , regards mike

Have a look at the sensor first to see if the common fault of the arm being disconected has taken place.

just had a quick look at sensor and arm is very loose / broken ,will look tomorrow in day light , thanks for your help , regards mike

if its loose its prob popped off the ball joint i had this prob on my old diesel omega that i taxied i found some off that white plumbers ptfe tape worked to tighten it up

A cable tie to hold it in it's holder has done the job for me for over a year now  :y

hi , just a quick update checked front n/s wishbone this morning and popped arm back into socket , quite a tight fit so hopefully every will be ok , as warning message has gone off mfd , many thanks again for the info , regards mike  :) :)
