sensor/ecu on rear trailing arm tells the accumulator (compressor in effect) how much air to pump into the top of the rear shocks, which affects rear ride height. Note, on Omega, only rear shocks adjust.

Where's the pump? Is it o/s wing at the bulkhead somewhere? I hear a pump activating on startup, wondered what it was. There are air hoses running the length of the car in that case?
