ar35 limp mode issues

Hi, i have a 3.2 with an ar35. it appears to be in limp mode when in drive mode, no kickdown and very very sluggish take off [feels like taking off in 3rd], if u drive using 1,2,then 3 it drives well, its seems to be in this sluggish mode while in d, any ideas? i have changed the oil and gearbox filter, possibly a sensor?

you will need to have the gearbox codes read with a suitable code reader

What are the lights on the gear selector doing ??  If more than one is on, and it should ONLY be the selected gear ...  it might be the selector itself is messing about .. either needs cleaning or replacing ..

A transmission pressure solenoid error is coming up, where is this located?
