cloudy projector headlamp lenses

the lenses on my projector headlight are very cloudy dull what's the best way to bring them back to life ?

Some G3 compound seems to do a good job or a very fine wet and dry paper.

You could try Brasso, test in a corner first.

Easy peasey answer to this one.

Use cheap WHITE toothpaste, plenty of water and plenty of rubbin'. I kid you not !

Amazing as it sounds, it works fantastically, PLUS your car finishes up all minty fresh. Allow a good 30 mins per light and plonk on as much toothpaste as you wish.

I found Lidl's "elcheapo" dentalux brand to be VERY good. Have a go and report back....suspect you'll be as gobsmacked as I was. Who would have thought. ?

I used Brasso on my regular lamps, they are no longer yellow although there is still a crazed pattern in places on them! I also used a rubber sanding block from Halfords to help apply pressure.
