Removing the rubbing strips

Anyone know how to remove the rubbing strips on the front wing on facelifts, without damaging?

remove side indicator lamp, behind arch liner 10mm bolt holds it on

Cheers RobG, all nicely removed.  Had to remove charcoal cannister on drivers side, and relay box cooling fan on passenger side :y
