neither of the fronts? If just one is working, it usually means the none working is rubber ducked ..... because they all do that sir!

Assuming your seats are leather, then the heater is sewn into the covering & Vauxhall would sell you a complete leather cover (if still available  :-/) Pretty sure there's a section in the maintenace section that covers removing seat covers (ha ha no pun intended) you migh be lucky & see theobvious point of failure.

You may be lucky, could be wiring or a fuse. Have you tried putting power direct to the seats?  Are your seats in perfect condition? Could be cheaper option swapping them.
