misfire

hi all
got a random misfire on 1 and 3 changed the spark plugs and still got a misfire does this mean its the coil pack or can it be something else

took it off today and found  corrosion on 1 and 3, plugs are ok but change them just in case
new coil ordered from vauxhall parts warehouse
all the plug wells are dry

new coil pack and plugs fitted. took the car for a run and checked codes when i got home and all was clear,got to work this morning and did the pedal test
faults are logged miss fire on 1 and 3
any ideas anyone

cleared fault codes restarted the car with in 10mins running on tick over the e/m light came on checked codes again now got a misfire on 1 3 5

cleared codes again left it to run on tick over codes are back again on 1and 3

did have the cambelt changed last tuesday if the timming is out would that cause the fault codes 0300 ,0301,0303
