Check the header tank cap is on properly, and that the neck of the header tank does not have any very small cracks in it.

When my system was losing about that amount, and only when on temp, it turned out to be a failed header cap .. there are pressure release valves in it.. and if they start to fail ....

You say a header tank per week, how does this convert to mileage? Mine was hbv and losing a header tank every 180 miles ish and coolant level check was around 230 miles.

Check hbv for residue similar to coolant colour. Guide in maintenance for location etc
