yes you can drive with out thermostat

I've got a brand new one here if you want it Ian? It's for a 2.2 but I'm pretty sure they are the same.

The only thing you need to bare in mind is the engine will run cold and therfore use more fuel.
not like old school engines(carbs ;D)

Can't get to motor factors till weekend and I need car for bit of a journy tomorrow so might whip it out first thing (oh er missus) welung pm me let me know what u want for it cheers ian
