old crank sensor wire?
« on: 23 October 2012, 14:01:03 »

Got all the inlets off to do my exh manifold and came across a 3 core cut wire coming up near the coolant bridge. Hoping it is the remnants of an old crank sensor, were they routed this way and are they 3 core?

Sounds plausible. I think they are 2 core + screen, but can't think of anything else it'd be likely to be.

Cheers Kevin, don't fancy getting it all back together to find it is something else , it's been a bitch of a job so far due to the LPG pipes jamming the inlet in :o
