Facelift or not

Is a 1999 2.5 TD a facelift or not. Does it have the old style  dash switches that My 1996 2.5 had?

A 1999 could be both, A couple of questions,

1. Are the electric windows switches next to the gearstick or are they on the door cards?, if they are on the door cards then its a facelift
2. Is the bonnet and grill one piece? if yes its a facelift.

I had a 1999 2.5v6 and it was a pre - facelift. I didn't think the facelift model was available until 2000?

Facelift^^

1st of them came on a 'V' reg, no facelifts on a 'T' plate
