im asuming that there isnt a colour code for the wheels on the slam panel?

i did say to the missus to keep 6" away from the kerb.

To get them back to original mate, you need to put them in and get them powder coated....

I need to get mine done, however i rubbed them down and painted them with Halford silver wheel paint,it takes the bad look off them and has left me with a kind of matt effect finnish, which is actually quite cool :y

Star Silver is pretty much the standard colour, I have touched up with that colour & it is not that obvious, spray the complete wheel & it should look like it just left the factory.
They look like 16" rims, I am surprised they scraped the kerb, you usually get away with it as the tyres stick out more than the rim.

Near perfect match for GM alloys[/quote[/highlight]]

Actualy it's a perfect match for the Omega wheels .
As they say " here's one I prepared earlier "......
When I got my Elite wheels one was scratched on the broad spoke shown . I used the Wurth paint which has identical flake size as OEM paint  and several coats of Upol clear No. 1 uv resistent laquer with final polishing using 2000 grade wet and dry then T cut and polish.
The Clear No.1 is the only aerosol laquer I use as it does not yellow or tint the paint underneath and even after 3 years now it's still perfect.

Anyway her's a couple of photos.

They look fabulous :y :y
After a badly driven Range Rover forced me to clip a kerb last week, I think I will have a go at sprucing up my wheels 8-)
