Brake Disc and Pad Change

Due to slightly warped discs i have decided to change all four discs and pads.

I can not seem to find a guide on changing both front and back discs as well as brake pads - can someone send me the link?
(Sorry if there is one blatently in clear view, its that when you are in a hurry to find something, you can never find it!)
