Fault Code 13 - O2 sensor - Where do I start?
« on: 18 September 2010, 18:39:50 »

Having undertaken the 'paperclip test' I have Fault Code 13.

This is 'O2 Sensor 1 Open Circuit' apparently?

Where should I start to rectify the problem?

Would this give me a misfire?

Cheers.

Double check it mate as you would have had 31 if the engine was off,not unknown for it to be misread, I have a couple of 02 sensors here, if you need one give me a pm

Good advice - cheers!

I did the 'Paperclip Test' with just the ignition turned on and it read 13.

With the engine running it did not appear!

Which should I trust?
