Question;
Does your car run ok or do you have a miss fire ?
Have you checked for any codes (try the pedal trick)
Does your car warm up normally.
Is there any water in the oil or oil in the water.

I doubt it. You need to find out where the water is leaking from by pressurising the cooling system and having a good look. The V6 does produce alot a vapour anyway ;)

there is a simple test which measures the chemical content of coolant.. its connected to the radiator..
not %100 reliable , but will give some idea..

personally I would try that and then start to be suspicious.. :-/

there are many places that miggy can leak and not so visible..

and you can try a rope from plug holes to test also..
