Part no confirmation please
« on: 26 November 2010, 11:22:43 »

Hi

I nearly got an MOT yesterday, let down by a wobbly track rod end. Its the offside outer on a 1999 2.5 gls, chassis no --- X1137328.

I've searched the forum and a lot of part numbers have been thrown up from time to time but I think what I need is  90510654.

Confirmation would be gratefully received.

Next step finding 25 year old ball joint splitter under 20 years of garage crud :'(

Confirmed, that's the one you need : 90510654

Did mine without a splitter.

Undo nut enough to protect threads but don't remove. Support from underneath with bottle jack, Smack  down with a lump hammer.
