Memory seats
« on: 27 February 2011, 12:57:20 »

I cleaned my drivers seat today and as you do, moved the seats in all different positions to get to every bit of leather.

When I finished the seat wouldnt return to my preset position. I spent over a month trying to get comfy!  :(  This was all with the ignition off.

Dont think its a coin because everything works manually and:

1. I'm skint and dont have any money in my pocket  :(
2. I only set this position yesterday and it returned to it after changing it slightly.

The back doesn't come forward enough for a start and everything else is slightly out from how I would like.  Just tried it with the car started and no change.

I used to have a problem with my passenger mirror. If i pressed 1 to my presets it would all go to where it should, but if I pressed 1 again, my passenger mirror would tip down.  :-? It fixed itself when I had the mirror off. maybe cleaned contacts in the plug as i unplugged & plugged it back in. Maybe there's a dodgy connection somewhere  :-/  :-/

Oh well, lost the comfy seats for good then.  :-[  To make matters worse, the seat is still not that much cleaner  :(
