mine were badly warped at one point.  as seen by Mark  :y

Even a spell in Mrs Mark's oven couldnt straighten em  ::)

took car to vauxhall today and they said they have seen this many times before when customers use after market gaskets. He agreed that if the covers were warped then leak would have happened immediately not 2 weeks later.
Asked Vaux World for a refund on gaskets but they are keeping radio silence.
