Air, oil, pollen and fuel filters.  New plugs are a good idea, depending on how old.  Cambelt and tensioners an essential if anywhere near 4 years or 40k miles old.  Or do it anyway, if history is unknown.

Brake fluid attracts water so always a good idea to change annually.  Adjust handbrake (properly) as per the guide, especially if an automatic.

Clear out drain at pollen filter.  Often clogs with leaves etc and water overflows into front passenger footwell.  Wet and smelly and also runs the risk of shorting out electrical components.

Full index of guides are here and covers the basic to the complicated end of the scale, dependant on your abilities.   :y

my apoligies, my MV6 is a 2000 F/L Manual, and it has just recently covered 115k, and I think its about timeshe got a good and proper service...  am also changing the bushes on the front end, as there is a knocking from the front right, and am not too sure if its suspension or wishbone...

Bushes and the like are generally not regarded as service items.  Your initial post was unclear, you asked for service and I take that to be annual consumables.

Knocking from the front probably droplinks or wishbones, former more likely.

Some take the view that these are also 'service' items but VX disagree if you look at your bookpack for the car and see whats needed as per mileage!

IMO, rubber components will be way past their best on an 11 year old car. Meaning oil leaks and wayward handling. It's worth a brows through the FAQ and maintenance sections, see if any of the guides match any of the the problems you have. Or what to look out for.

Oil and water leaks, and general handling and tyre wear are favorites over and above the usual service schedule. Cleaning breathers is also important...
