Bonnet up. 2 x black "pop-up" pins......remove. Release both under headlamp trims from lights and pull out to remove. 1 torx on either wheel arch, another one under bumper corners at arch. Under front of car, 3 pins to prise out, same method as "pop-ups" under bonnet. Ease bumper off and unplug temp sensor et al. :y

That sounds a bit too easy cos i need to take off the whole thing including the screenwash tank and x member. Is it really just that simple? Due to some pillock pulling out of a sideroad across my path the impact put a nice big dent into the centre of the bumper and bent it back so that it now fouls the AirCon fans. I must change the steel x member too that supports the plastic part nand thought that it was screwed onto steel x member that carries the washer tank etc. ::)

Once bumper is off, pull out the shock absorbing "sponge" from crossmember. Re-bar is held on with 2 nuts each end and washer bottle is bolted to re-bar. About 20 minutes and everything`s off. Can post up pics tomorrow if wanted. Have you got a replacement re-bar for the bumper?
