Hi all
What can be the cause of the system over pressuring
The pipes seem to feel like as if there gonna burst

Head gasket maybe?

Had the same on an AX once ended up being a crack in the head, end EX the car went to the gods. But lets start with, have you done any work on the car of late :-?

yes i say head gasket hopefully, i had a mazda with these symptoms and it wasn't the head but the block that was cracked! do you have over heating issues?

I think I've solved it
I changed the 2 small electric pumps with some spares I had and seens to have done the trick

Thought I had this sorted but problem still there
Car doesn't overheat but once the pressure starts to build there is coolant loss throughout the jubilee type clip on the top right hand of the Rad, this will give you an example of how much pressure is being built

Water pump thermostat and oil cooler

If the system is building up too much pressure the coolant expansion tank cap is designed to vent to relieve the pressure, so if it doesn't boil over out of the cap I'd say the pressure is OK. It's supposed to build a certain amount of pressure.

I'd say the problem you need to address is the leak by the radiator. Radiators are prone to the plastic cracking around the top hose union.
