Airbag light on!
« on: 27 June 2011, 15:45:37 »

Hi everyone!

My airbag light has come on and as usual I haven't got a clue what to do about it.

I've got an "My Naff Code Reader" diagnostic interface but I have never used it before.

Can anyone give me some advice please?

Many thanks!! :y

Hiya Kate...well get you though it....

ok.....Is the "My Naff Code Reader" software installed and working?

If not....what operating system and version is your laptop running?

I haven't installed any software yet as I had to sell my laptop to buy the mig! ;D ;D ;D

My daughter has a laptop with windows 7 on it though. Not sure which version it is.

Right....would it let you clear DTC codes?

If so, nothing to worry about.

If not, 1st thing I would do is unplug the multiplug that goes into the door, then reseat it, then try again to clear codes with "My Naff Code Reader".

Im sure that refers to the sensor in the door.

Has the door card been off lately
