Spark Plugs wear
« on: 11 July 2011, 16:56:59 »

In line with my current work to reduce my emissions (due to MOT failure).  I changed the plugs the weekend before last, the old plugs had quite a bit of coating on them.

Below are two pictures of one of the new plugs I took out to check today.  It has done about 200 miles since these plugs were put in, what are your thoughts?

Thats good enough for me thanks.  Ive never actually re-inspected plugs shortly after putting new ones in so wasn't sure.

As the old ones looked pretty black all over the electrodes etc I was checking them for signs of abnormal ignition :)
