Front Arm Bush problem
« on: 02 August 2011, 11:13:39 »

Hi all, under breaking the front nearside wheel is tucking back and pulling to the left. I have now narrowed down the problem to the front arm bush. There is signficant play in this bush. It has been replaced three times with vauxhall parts and a new arm has even been added. But there is still hugh movement in it. The front arm bush on the others side is rock solid. I am going to try a powerflex bush but before i do am i missing something? Is this a common problem, Any ideas folks. I appreciate the help.

Great do you recommend changing the other side even though it is rock solid.  Do you recommend powerflex or any others, cheers :y

Change both sides!

You will get weird handling if you dont, same with all suspension components.

Personally I used Powerflex, but suspect there is nothing to choose between them.

think most here have gone for powerflex - easily available and a known quality.

iirc, there is a cheaper one, but the quality of it looked somewhat less..
