you know how the ir fob uses the black dome to unlock and lock.. what does the rf fob send the signal too?

riiight, just thinking seeing as im changing most of the ecu's why not swap to rf aswell for the c/l

*edit- i know this sounds stupid but if the 2.2 c/l ecu is the same connector as the 2.0 prefacelift- which is unlikely...
if i used the transponder for the engine ecu in the key with the 3.0 stuff (all matching) and then used the ecu thingy black box for a 2.2 with rf and get the fob for it then it should still work yay/nay?

just got me wondering
