Bose and telephone wiring
« on: 08 June 2009, 11:08:17 »

Hi, This one is probably for Dave! :y

I have read somewhere on here that when fitting a nokia car kit I have to use certain leads and I need some sort of filter because of the Bose system? Is this correct and if so, which leads do I need, I do have the pre wire behind the glove box.
Thanks

Yep, you need an 06-109B Autolead to plug into the telephone prewiring behind the glovebox.

That model has the matching transformers on it so you don't trash the Bose.

Will this enable me to use the built in mic which I believe is in the interior light and also, I have read that I need to connect the areil which is behind the drivers kick plate - is that right?
