Gearbox limp mode

As per the title, gearbox randomly goes in to limp mode.

Car is a 3 litre MV6 on an X plate, Kevin has done a Tech 2 and given me the following codes:

P1625: Power Control Final Stage - Low Input
P1850: Shift Solenoid C - Circuit Open
P1850: Shift Solenoid C - Low Input

This is a random fault that occurs whenever it feels like it once the car has warmed up, and can be "cured" by stopping the car & restarting.
Now I agree with Kevin that the first things to check are the wiring & connectors associated with the gearbox & the ECU, but does anybody know the rough locations for any plugs/connectors involved?

About the only other thing I know is that the car has very recently had new front pipes/cat's, although the owner cannot remember if the fault was present before these were changed.
Are there any plugs/connectors nearby that could have been dislodged when the front pipes were fitted?
