Delay In Dials Working.

Hi, When i start the car from cold or after leaving for a while my rev. counter and petrol gauge take a few minutes to start working, any ideas why?

Errr, uhmmm, no idea.

May be worth reseating the dash in case its a poor connection

I've done that a few times Jamie including cleaning the contacts but with no effect :(.
