Alarm
« on: 20 May 2010, 16:05:45 »

Hello everyone
I believe there is someone on this site who can repair the remote keyfob that unlocks the door and also de activates the alarm. Can i have their name please.
Also is it possible, as the book is rubbish at explaining, if it is possible to deactivate the alarm from inside the car. I know it is possible to deactivate against movement but this does not deactivate it when the door is opened and since the keyfobs are not working the alarm goes off every time i enter the car. Before anyone asks, no it is not the battery in the keyfobs that has gone as i have tried that.
Thanks for your help
Kieran

Turning the ignition on will shut the alarm up. Untill you get your fobs working, try locking the driver's door by leaning in from the rear driver's side door and  pushing the button down. Ths locks the car without setting the alarm.
MAKE SURE YOU'RE HOLDING YOUR KEYS IN YOUR OTHER HAND!  :y
