New Navteq 2011 discs

The new 2011 Navteq discs for the NCDR/NCDC are out.
Previously, if you had the 2004 disc, you'd simply put the new 2007/08 disc in, let it update and that was that. You'd only need one disc.
But, it now appears you need two discs, a software update disc, before you can insert the new 2011 GB/Ireland disc.
Has anyone out there already got the new discs?
I've ordered them, awaiting or arrival...I was just wondering what the software update disc did?

Ah, a case of use the search before you ask...thank you for the responses though.

TB I've still never given you the 2010 disc, but I seem to be able to get a 2011 disc at a good price...I might aswell get you a 2011 disc instead and put the 2010 disc in the estate?
