I've listed an item on ebay, meant to list for 3 days but accidently listed it for 7dys. I've looked at every option i can find, can change start bid, reserve, seems like everything but the time lising. I've added further info but will the auction run through 7 days anyway?

I think the only thing you can do is to "end the listing early" .. especially if no bids have been made .. then relist with the correct time. Might cost you a few pence in listing fees though.. so if you can afford to wait just let it run for the week  .. :)

You can still end early. It's only if there's a bid AND less than 12 hours left you can't end early.
