why cant i post

Hi guys was just wondering why i cant post on car parts wanted and for sale?
Was thinking its because i didnt have enough posts then noticed a post on there and the user has only posted 13 times.
I cant start a new thread or post replies to any of the threads. :'(

Can anyone help? :y

you need to have 250 posts to post in for sale section.If you want to post a wanted ad post it in the test section and admins will probably move it for you. :y

The user with 13 posts may have had a post count reduction as a joke by an admin,so in that case it wouldnt prevent them from posting.A joke among people who know each other type of thing I would imagine. ;)

As stated, the software doesnt allow us to do exactly what we want, so the restrictions affect everyone,
we move wanted ad's from the test zone at our discretion (99.9% allowed)
