Washer fluid warning
« on: 18 October 2011, 15:13:59 »

I've stopped getting a low fluid warning.

I'm not going to lose any sleep over this one but, if it's a quick and simple fix, I'll fix it.

Where's the sensor and how does it come out?

Cheers,
Gaz

Replaced mine a few weeks ago as had similar warnings appearing. :-[

I found the easiest way to get to it was remove the n/side front fog light trim grille. You will then be able to see the sensor if you look through the space to the washer bottle and it just pulls out as held in on a rubber "O" seal.Pull off the wire plug and replace with new one.

Got mine from Autovaux ..about £7=50 including delivery so simple job. :y :y :y

Best of luck.

Facelift as per RobG's pic above, prefacelift is in the passenger side of the bottle - I tend to pop the bumper off...
