i never insure fully comp but ive been with hastings direct for a few years now and find them hard to beat on price

I fell out with them over their policy of continual renewal.

I phoned to say "Don't renew my insurance next month ...."
The next month they took the annual renewal premium

& then said it was because I didn't 'cancel' it!

I didn't cancel cos I wanted the policy to run to the end
