Emmissions light reset tool

With the MOT RULES CHANGING SOON what reset tool do members recommend?
One of my cars suffers from this annoying code 420 fault now and again although it sails thru the mot..........

Best procedure for 0420/0430 is to move the second lambda by re welding a boss after the main cat. Problem solved.

I believe max scan is cheap. But any obd2 code reader that can re set engine codes will do.
