Personally I would have liked to see that at normal speed. I think speeding it up made me miss quite a bit.

To be honest it puts abit of a 'gloss' on the place, but it gives an idea of the haphazard nature of the traffic where red lights are advisery and it's perfectly acceptable to drive down the wrong side of the road....    :o  ::)

Also if there are drink driving laws they're certainly not enforced!!  :o :-\
