Yep ive got it and got it good. Got my head in vics and hot water with a towel over my head. Hence why its 4.24am and im online. I know us lads can make a fuss about being ill but god this sucks :(

rub the vicks on your feet, yes it sounds nuts but it does work.
Also run the shower on as hot as you can to get a good wall of steam built up and sit in it for a while

I've got chest infection and severe sore throat I've had for 8 days. just woke up coughing me lungs up again but im gonna make an effort today. get well soon Dan.

Just had a mega hot bath. bowl of boiling hot water with more vics. So much pressure in my head its unreal. Ah well surely things can only get better. Cheers for the tips :y
