four wheel geo set up

enyone got the settings for wheel alignment as i belive there is factory and then a better set up ? .
as ive just fitted e-bach springs and new shocks alround with a reduced ride hight of 30mm
im going to a local alignment centre soon and wanted an idea what she should be at. 8)

Given your location, I would suggest Wheels in Motion at Amersham.  Discount for OOF members and a goodly percentage of favourable reports from members on here. 

Just make sure you are happy that the steering is 100% straight ahead when you are driving straight ahead though....
