It's snowing that's okay but looks like this situation isn't treated well by local goverment. No police, no help from any traffic related official organ.

a normal driver must give up when he/she see this hill and pile up..but no, they force..

If cars are sliding down the hill, why park when you have had a minor bump, so you are the target for more collisions?

yep.. because of hail damage in autumn    and I hope no additional surprises
