is it easy to remove ar25 box from a 2002 2.6 omega

Not technically difficult,mostly undoing lots of bolts, but car needs to be raised so box can drop down and then come out.Box is also heavy (around 80kgs iirc) so difficult to do without an extra pair of hands.

got the box but theres a round thing bolted to the fly wheel is that the torque converter

Yes thats the torque convertor bolted to the flex plate/drive plate.

got a other gearbox with coverter ,is it a matter of fitting the torque con back on then refit the box
does anything have to be lined up

Torque convertor should be removed with box - when you fit "new" box ensure TC is in bellhousing and pushed right to back of bell housing.  bolt TC to flywheel through cut out (you need to turn engine by hand to line up each bolt.  HTH
