hi guys,

have a slight issue with my mig she is boosting really strangely when you put your foot down in 2nd or 2rd hard she boosts a little then it will jerk then boost hard its really weird is it the boost valve what ive heard people talking about?

It might be worth checking the vacuum pipe network for leaks as the turbo wastegateE.G.R. valve, and even the interior heating system are all plumbed into the vacuum pump.

Any engine management lights on?

ive checked all the vacuum pipes from the back of the turbo and all seem okay, im going to have a look for split intercooler pipes but its not loud on idle and doesent 'chug' i dont know if its a wastegate on the turbo problem or something more serious?

i mean somedays youll get in it and will drive superb, but every other day when accelerating hard you can feel the difference in boost it goes from slight to full its almost like a jerk?

Weird maybe the Omega's on its mid life chrisis or maybe.... its time of the month
